Summary As a Seasonal Cultivator at New Standard, you will play a vital role in the cultivation process during our outdoor crop season, ensuring the growth and health of our cannabis plants. This position is essential to maintaining the quality of our product offerings and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Assist in planting, growing, and harvesting cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment. Utilize hand tools and equipment for various cultivation tasks. Identify plant health issues and communicate them. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cultivation area. Support landscape maintenance as needed to enhance the growing environment. Perform heavy lifting as required during planting and harvesting activities. Requirements Experience with hand tools and basic gardening techniques preferred. Knowledge of plant identification and care practices is essential, but can be taught. Ability to work in outdoors and in a greenhouse setting. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying conditions. A passion for the cannabis industry and eagerness to learn about cultivation practices.
