Duties Trim, prune, and shape shrubs, bushes, and hedges using hand tools and mechanical equipment to achieve desired aesthetic standards Maintain plant health through proper pruning techniques, ensuring optimal growth and vitality Requirements Must have experience in trimming shrubs/bushes Growing experience in horticulture, landscaping, or related outdoor work environments Mechanical knowledge for operating trimming tools and equipment safely Ability to identify different plants and diagnose basic plant health issues Strong outdoor work ethic with the stamina for physical activity including heavy lifting Excellent attention to detail in plant trimming and landscape maintenance Must have valid drivers license and be able to drive a commercial truck with trailer If you're passionate about gardening, outdoor work, and creating beautiful landscapes, this role is perfect for you!
