Full-Time | On-site About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Custodian to support cleanliness, sanitation, and operational standards within our large-scale cultivation facility in Flint, MI. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, compliant, and safe production environment that meets cannabis regulatory and food-grade sanitation standards. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or warehouse cleaning , takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of cleanliness in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of cultivation rooms, hallways, processing areas, and common spacesClean and disinfect floors, walls, drains, equipment exteriors, and high-touch surfacesSafely handle and use industrial cleaning chemicals and suppliesRemove waste, debris, and recyclable materials according to company proceduresSupport deep-cleaning projects between cultivation cyclesFollow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns promptlyMaintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation as required Qualifications Previous experience in industrial, warehouse, agricultural, or manufacturing cleaning preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and time management skillsDependable attendance and strong work ethicMust be able to pass background check and meet cannabis employment requirements What We Offer Competitive hourly payConsistent, full-time hoursStable work environment within a growing organizationOpportunity to grow within the companyTeam-oriented and safety-focused culture How to Apply Apply directly through our careers page or submit your application via Indeed.
