Assistant Cultivation Tech Holistic Research Group Inc Harrison Township, MI Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Plant disease management Pruning (plant care) English Plant pest control Plant disease identification Typing Manual handling Full Job Description Looking for an individual/s to take daily care of plants, including harvest, harvest of fresh frozen plants, watering, pruning, de-leafing, inspecting the plants and keep a high standard of quality and cleanliness. Must be detailed orientated to Carefully monitor the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation. Carefully follow directions as provided by the Lead Grower. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when needed. Additional job duties as assigned. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Job includes the following physical requirements

• Extensive walking throughout expansive greenhouse environment.

Standing for long periods without a break. Ability to lift 30 to 40 pounds and carry a distance of one hundred feet. Use hands to finger, handle, and/or feel; the ability to type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold, grasp or turn with hands and perceive attributes of objects and materials such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touching with fingertips Maintain balance while walking, standing or crouching. Twist upper torso. Reach up and out with hands and arms. Climbing ladders 1

• 6 FT high. Schedule is Mon
• Fri 8am to ~ 4pm. Ending time can vary sometimes depending on work load. Two years commercial experience required
