Skilled in harvesting, de-nugging, de-leafing, hand trimming, quality control, and packaging while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations and company standards. Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced cultivation and processing environments while preserving product quality and consistency. Experienced in identifying premium flower quality, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and meeting production goals with accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable team player with a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the flexibility to travel to multiple cultivation and processing facilities within a 75-mile radius of Lansing, Michigan. Committed to delivering high-quality products while supporting operational success across multiple locations.
