Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer to join our dynamic cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and manicuring cannabis plants to ensure they meet quality standards and aesthetic appeal. Your work will directly impact the final product, helping us deliver premium cannabis to our customers. Responsibilities Carefully trim, prune, and manicure cannabis plants using hand tools to promote healthy growth and optimal appearance Remove excess leaves, stems, and buds to enhance product quality and presentation Monitor plant health, identifying signs of pests, disease, or deficiencies through plant identification skills Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools to ensure a sterile environment for harvesting processes Assist with harvesting activities and prepare plants for curing or packaging as needed Follow all safety protocols related to handling tools, plants, and chemicals in the cultivation environment Support the team with general greenhouse or outdoor work tasks, including watering, staking, and supporting plant growth Skills Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and plant identification techniques Experience with irrigation systems and growing cannabis or other crops in greenhouse or outdoor settings Familiarity with gardening, landscaping, farming, or lawn care practices Mechanical knowledge related to hand tools and basic farming equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during trimming or harvesting activities Basic math skills for measuring plant components and managing workflow timelines Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards in plant grooming and presentation Join us as a Cannabis Trimmer if you're passionate about horticulture, enjoy outdoor work environments, and want to contribute to a thriving industry.
