Cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to SOPs are non-negotiable here. Not every cannabis company operates at this level and we take pride in that. Position Overview As a Cannabis Production Technician, you will help produce gummies, pre-rolls, and concentrates with speed, accuracy, and consistency. This is a metrics-driven role where performance is tracked and improved over time. Details matter. Quality comes first.
Key Responsibilities Production & Packaging:
Fill, package, and label products accurately and efficiently
Quality Control:
Catch and prevent issues before they happen
Inventory Support:
Track and communicate supply needs
Facility Care:
Maintain a clean, organized, compliant workspace
Adaptability:
Switch tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy We expect consistency, urgency, and attention to detail—every product, every time. Non-Negotiables 21+ years old and eligible to work in cannabis industry Ability to pass background check (no felony convictions) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods Reliable, on-time attendance You must bring:
