Full-Time About Us Joyology is a Michigan-based cannabis company dedicated to producing high-quality cannabis products while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations. We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Grower to join our cultivation team in Niles, Michigan. Position Summary The Grower is responsible for supporting all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including plant care, irrigation, pruning, harvesting, and facility sanitation. The ideal candidate is passionate about cultivation, works well in a team environment, and is committed to producing high-quality cannabis products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily plant care, including watering, feeding, pruning, defoliation, and transplanting Monitor plant health and identify potential pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies Assist with cultivation activities throughout all growth stages, including propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, harvesting, drying, and curing Follow established cultivation procedures and schedules Maintain accurate cultivation records and ensure compliance with state regulations Clean and sanitize cultivation rooms, equipment, and work areas Assist with inventory tracking and plant movement Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures Work collaboratively with cultivation management and team members to achieve production goals Qualifications Previous cannabis cultivation, greenhouse, agriculture, horticulture, or plant care experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including warm and humid cultivation rooms Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Benefits Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Supportive Team Environment Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a background check Must be eligible to work in the United States Must comply with all Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) requirements
