Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer and to join our dynamic cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and preparing cannabis plants to ensure they meet quality standards for harvest, packaging, and sale. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the production of premium cannabis products, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional quality to our customers. Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants, removing excess leaves and stems to enhance product appearance and quality Assist with plant maintenance tasks such as irrigation, watering, and basic plant care to promote healthy growth Identify different plant strains through plant identification skills to ensure proper handling and processing Use hand tools safely and efficiently, including scissors, trimmers, and other horticultural equipment Conduct quality inspections during trimming to ensure buds meet visual standards and consistency Support greenhouse or outdoor cultivation activities by maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas Assist with harvesting processes, including drying, curing, and packaging as needed Qualifications Prior growing experience in horticulture, farming, or gardening environments is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, and outdoor farming practices Familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, or agriculture enhances your ability to succeed in this role Mechanical knowledge related to hand tools and basic gardening equipment is a plus Strong plant identification skills to distinguish different strains and plant health issues Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during harvest seasons Basic math skills for measuring quantities and maintaining accurate records Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions with attention to detail and safety Join us in cultivating excellence!
