The Opportunity The Commercial Irrigation Technician is responsible for the startup, shutdown, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial irrigation systems. This role is critical in ensuring system efficiency, water management, and client satisfaction throughout the service season. The Commercial Irrigation Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and works closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality service in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Foster a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every job. Perform start-ups, winterizations, servicing, and programming of commercial irrigation systems. Operate and troubleshoot irrigation systems, identifying and resolving localized issues. Conduct thorough system run-throughs and recommend improvements where needed. Promote all company services to clients, with a focus on upselling opportunities. Participate in training and daily operations, committing to ongoing coaching and professional development. Qualifications & Skills

• Required Minimum 2 years of experience servicing commercial irrigation systems.

Experience with various 2-wire irrigation systems preferred. Valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record. Availability to work full-time (40-50+ hours per week). Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and run as required. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Valid Chauffeur License in good standing with a clean driving record. Valid Michigan Department of Transportation (DOT) card.
