Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis buds using hand tools to enhance their visual appeal and quality Remove excess leaves, stems, and imperfections while preserving the plant's integrity Inspect plants for proper maturity, health, and identification of pests or diseases Maintain cleanliness of work stations and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Assist with plant handling tasks such bucking and final manicure as as needed Organize trimmed product for packaging or further processing Support cultivation activities to ensure optimal plant growth conditions Experience Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, or farming environments is highly desirable Familiarity with indoor cultivation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during post harvest tasks Basic math skills for measuring and recording data accurately Enthusiasm for outdoor work with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance Embark on a rewarding journey in the cannabis industry by applying your skills in a vibrant environment that values precision, teamwork, and innovation.
