Irrigation Specialist

Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
• Perform regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
• Adjust and program irrigation controllers to ensure proper watering schedules
• Troubleshoot and repair broken or damaged pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, and other irrigation components
• Dig trenches and install pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads according to design plans
• Monitor water usage and make recommendations for water conservation measures
• Collaborate with landscaping teams to ensure proper integration of irrigation systems with overall landscape design

Recommended:

• Previous experience as an Irrigation Technician or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in irrigation system installation and repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices and lawn care techniques
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches and lifting heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Plumbing and/or electrical experience
