• Full-time Irrigation Crew Member As a irrigation crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and visual appeal of our client's outdoor spaces.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Chauffeur's License within 90 days of employment.
• Great attitude, character, integrity, and work ethic.
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to effectively adapt and respond.
• Familiarity with various lawn care equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Irrigation Crew Member Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in irrigation start ups and complete necessary repairs.
• Assist in new irrigation installations. Including; operating pipe puller or trencher, install main line and valves, run wires from valves to controller, install heads, install valve covers, etc.
• Properly program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers.
• Assist in irrigation blow outs, winterizing back flow, blowing out lines, etc.
• Repair cut irrigation lines, broken heads, missing nozzles, etc.
• Install drip irrigation systems. Either Netafim or emitter.
• Represent TruNorth Landscaping in a positive and professional manner and operate with the highest level of integrity.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves physical labor, including lifting, bending, and operating machinery. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely lift 50lbs or more.
• Ability to stand, bend, perform repetitive motions, and walk for extended periods of time up to and including entire shift.
• Able to work 40-60hrs per week based on job site progress.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
