Our rapidly growing facilities demand skilled and talented people to help us expand and increase efficiencies throughout front and back-end operations. We're seeking motivated individuals to become part of our team as entry-level Cultivation/Fertigation Assistants. You will work alongside our grow team and be led by Team Leads, Cultivation Managers, and our Chief of Cultivation.

Duties:

Tend to plants on a daily basis

• de-leafing, trellising, saturating rockwool cubes, lolli-popping Tend to plants on second tier
• work on scaffold/ladder Harvesting
• cutting down plants, removing trellis, taking weights Keep fast pace for efficiency Be able to adapt to change
• priority levels can adjust quickly Work in hot/humid conditions Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Cleaning, organizing, & sanitizing grow rooms, dry rooms, trim rooms, equipment etc.

Maintaining a culture of professionalism Prepared to do duties that are required of you by supervisors in facility Maintains irrigation and fertigation equipment in good working order. Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed. Check and log all systems, valves, and pumps daily (some twice daily) Monitor irrigation lines and fertigation tanks for leaks. Communicates to maintenance leaks in equipment, as needed for repair. Assists in maintaining inventory of nutrients used for feedings. Ensure all fertigation systems and components are clean and operating properly. Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed. Ensure fertigation tanks are filled adequately.

Job Qualifications:

Experience working in fast-paced environments Able to stand on feet for 8+ hour shift Able to work on scaffold or ladder 5-10 feet off of the ground Strong attention to detail Always follow standard operating procedures in a safe and compliant manner Arriving prepared, and on time Must be able to lift heavy objects (50 lb +) Know how to calculate run off, check dry back & VPD. Must be verse in detection of hermaphroditic growth. Must be knowledgeable in determining changes with plant health.
