CANNABIS CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN

Warren,MI | Full-Time | $20-$25/hr | 40 hrs/week | 4 Positions Available

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily plant care including watering, feeding, and canopy management Monitor and maintain grow room environment (temperature, humidity, CO₂, and lighting) Propagation — cloning and seedling development Train plants using LST, topping, and SCROG techniques Integrated pest management (IPM) — identify and treat pests, pathogens, and nutrient deficiencies Assist with harvest, trimming, drying, and curing Maintain detailed grow logs Keep the facility clean and follow all sanitation protocols
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must be 21 years of age or older (required by law) 1+ year of hands-on cannabis or horticulture experience preferred Knowledge of cannabis growth cycles, plant training, and cultivation techniques Familiarity with nutrient regimens and pH/EC management Ability to work in warm, humid indoor environments Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Must pass a background check per California compliance requirements Bonus if you have: Experience with cannabis genetics or breeding programs METRC or seed-to-sale tracking software experience Background in premium large-scale indoor cultivation
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay:
$20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week 4 positions available
