Cultivation Technician

Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cultivation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the cultivation process, ensuring that plants are grown and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily plant care: Topping plants, bottoming plants, transplanting, defoliating, and trellising. Monitor plant health and report any issues (pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies) Assist with cloning, transplanting, plant pruning, and defoliation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grow rooms and tools.

Support the harvest process:

cutting, hanging, and bucking plants Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and state compliance regulations. Work effectively with cultivation and post-harvest teams to meet production goals. Experience Previous experience in growing or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is an asset. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair is beneficial. Experience with welding or fabrication may be advantageous for certain tasks. A strong understanding of garden maintenance practices will enhance performance in this role. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, greenhouse work, or horticulture preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working in warm, humid environments and physically demanding conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Schedule & Compensation Full-time:
