The Role We are seeking a hard-working individual to support daily activities involved in growing healthy and high-quality cannabis plants. This role includes tasks such as planting, watering, pruning, trellising, and monitoring plant health while following strict cleanliness, safety, and compliance protocols. Job Responsibilities Support the Cultivation Team in tasks on an as needed basis Assist the Cultivation team with defoliating cannabis plants and harvesting crops Clean rooms and perform bucking and sorting of products post harvest Communicate effectively with support teams and management Timely completion of work and drive to increase productivity through coordinated workflows and processes Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation Work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day with 80-90% of the job requiring physical labor Must have at least 1 year of cannabis cultivation experience with references to be considered Must be willing and able to work flex weekends
