Come join our team at RJs Property Maintenance. We are looking for an
EXPERIENCED IRRIGATION
Technician Specialist who's honest, energetic, and hardworking to join our great team. We have over 28 years, experience doing landscaping, irrigation and lawn care in the east and northeast metro area. Qualifications- 2+ years of documented Irrigation industry Experience and proficiency REQUIRED, strong knowledge of design and general repair and maintenance requirements of residential and commercial sprinkler systems. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to work every day
- Ability to possess a DOT Medical card
- driver's license
- Accountable, Reliable, and Self-motivated, Clear communication is important Responsibilities
- Starting Irrigation systems and Winterizing irrigation systems
- Installing and removing lake/pond pumps
- Program various controller models, installing high-tech smart controllers
- Performing routine maintenance checks of properties
- Diagnose and Repairing irrigation systems, troubleshooting potential electrical/wiring issues with systems, locate and repair damaged underground piping.
- Adding to an existing system, installing micro and drip irrigation line.
- Installing irrigation systems, using pipe pulling equipment
- Driving van, trucks & trailer, loading trucks and trailers in a safe manner.
- Complete work orders and all necessary paperwork required
- Training crew members on various Irrigation services.
- Equipment maintenance
- Snow plowing in the winter season Benefits Health Insurance Health Care reimbursement towards monthly insurance premium (some restrictions apply) Pay will be based off level of experience starting pay $29-$40/per hour PTO accrual Paid Bonuses IRA Contributions possible The normal work week is Monday - Friday 35-45 hours per week.
