Hours:
48 hours/week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hours/day, 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. The hours may vary during different times of the crop season. Overtime and taking holiday are mandatory. Work will be performed at multiple locations in Minnesota.

Job Duties:
Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Position boxes or attach bags at discharge ends of machinery to catch products, removing and closing full containers. Maintain inventory, ordering materials as required. Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary. Worker must be available and willing to work the entire season. Worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Employer maintains a drug, and alcohol-free workplace. Post-hire drug testing is required at no cost to the worker. A positive test result will result in immediate termination of employment. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required One (1) month of verifiable experience relevant to the job is required. Worker must demonstrate the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Worker must be able to speak and understand English. Worker must be able to obtain a valid driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. Worker must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to sixty (60) pounds. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES
Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
