The Opportunity Lake Leaf Cultivation offers a dynamic and engaging environment where you will have the opportunity to work in on-site cannabis cultivation through multiple stages of production. As a Trim Harvester, you play a critical role in the harvesting, trimming, and preparation of cannabis plants to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance. This role requires versatility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will support daily plant care activities, maintain clean and organized workspaces, and adhere to all State of Minnesota and Mille Lacs Band regulatory standards. What You Get to Do Trim Harvesters are responsible for the efficient and high-quality harvesting and trimming of cannabis plants in preparation for drying, curing, and sale. Harvest whole plants and individual branches according to SOPs and production schedulesTrim cannabis plants using industry best practices to meet quality and aesthetic standardsMaintain clean handling techniques and follow all company SOPs and sanitation protocolsAccurately complete all required paperwork, product tracking, and inventory documentationWork quickly and efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlinesWork independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasksUnderstand and operate within all regulatory compliance requirements and prohibitionsMaintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of workspaces, break rooms, and shared areasCommunicate effectively with teammates and leadershipMaintain regular and punctual attendanceComply with all company policies and proceduresAssist other cultivation functions as neededManagement reserves the right to assign or reassign duties as business needs require What We Look for in a Person Serves and develops others by building relationships.
