Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. As a Farm Hand, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the daily operations of our farm. This position requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Must have a Class A CDL Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in the fields. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various farming tasks. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing fertilizers or pesticides accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas. Experience Previous experience in farm experience is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is essential for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Basic knowledge of cash crop farming. Experience operating heavy farm equipment and semi truck.
