08/02/2026 We farm 2,500 acres of corn, wheat, oats and soybeans. All field work is from spring to fall. Employees will assist with lawn upkeep, tillage, spraying, fertilizing, tiling fields for drainage, ditching, hauling, packing fields, and harvesting. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Worker must be available and willing to work the entire season. Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Three (3) months of experience relevant to the job is required. Worker must have or be able to obtain a valid driver's license upon hire. Worker must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES
Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
