Job Duties:

Pollinating corn and removing rogue plants, weeds and volunteer corn plants from the nursery field. Worker must be able to walk the duration of the day while performing the specified job. Must be able to work long hours, at least 6 hours a day in all kinds of weather, hot or cold weather, rain and muddy conditions, and will be exposed to pollen the whole day and be in possession of the requisite strength and endurance, working skillfully with their hands. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES

Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
