In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the highest quality plants are used for flower production. Ideal candidates should be punctual, well-groomed, and ready to work in a dynamic environment that requires standing for long hours and adapting to different conditions. Key Responsibilities Support the Cultivation Team in meeting production goals and maintaining quality standards. Perform essential tasks, including: o Transplanting o Plant maintenance o Moving and transporting plants o Deep cleaning of grow rooms and shared spaces o Cross-training with the Fertigation, Flower, and Harvest Teams Communicate effectively with supervisors and assist in additional tasks as needed. Follow the best agricultural practices and maintain a clean and compliant work environment. Accurately record data, inventories, and documentation as required.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work in loud environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
