  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily farm operations, ensuring the health and productivity of crops and livestock. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for agriculture. Responsibilities Assist in the planting, growing, and harvesting of crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Truck driving during crop and silage harvest. Mowing, raking, baling and hauling hay. Building or repairing fences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and equipment. Collaborate with team members to achieve farm production goals. Able to work extended hours during hay season and harvest. Work 5 to 7 days a week depending on season. Experience Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not mandatory. Must have experience operating semi
  • trucks, tractors, hay equipment, or other farm machinery.
Has good mechanical abilities. Welding experience a plus. Cattle handling experience a plus. Must have a valid driver's license. Class A CDL not required but is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Join our team to contribute to sustainable farming practices while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the agricultural sector.
