Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Maintenance & Handyman. This role involves a variety of tasks, including general property maintenance, handyman work, painting, and lawn care. The ideal candidate should have experience with basic repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm buildings, fences, and equipment.
- Handle handyman tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Paint buildings, fences, and other structures as needed.
- Mow, trim, and maintain lawns, fields, and landscaping.
- Maintain farm roads, driveways, and pathways.
- Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and irrigation maintenance.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the property.
- Assist with other farm-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or farming preferred.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to safely operate mowers, trimmers, power tools, and other equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
