JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION
Cannabis Cultivation Technician 1
Department:

Cultivation Manager Hourly:
$ 16 GENERAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Duties as a cultivation technician 1 include growing plants and maintaining production schedules while helping to maintain greenhouse facilities and equipment. Assist with the day-to-day operation of the greenhouse Monitor plant health and identify signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies Conduct regular maintenance of greenhouse systems and equipment Help to propagate and transplant clones, juveniles, or seedlings Perform manual labor, such as lifting heavy objects Other duties may be assigned
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Driver's license or State ID card. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must pass all required background checks. Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Must be approved by the DCR to receive an Agent badge. High School Diploma or equivalent
