Cannabis Harvesting and Trimming Technician

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties as a harvest/trim Support Technician Tier 1 include supporting all stages of the post-harvest process, including manicure, fresh frozen, harvesting, branching, bucking, trimming (wet and dry), and sorting. A Support Technician Tier 1 is expected to follow direction from leads and supervisors, maintain a strong work ethic, and contribute to a clean, efficient, and organized workflow. This role is foundational and offers opportunities to build skills, increase consistency, and grow into more advanced responsibilities through reliable performance and teamwork. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety and departmental guidelines Perform the following stages of post-harvest processing, including fresh frozen, harvesting, bucking, trimming (wet and dry), and sorting. Assist in the dry and cure process. Report quality control discrepancies to the manager or supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, facility, and equipment. Meet or exceed established individual and team goals related to productivity, quality, and compliance, as defined by departmental metrics. Perform other duties as assigned by the management, supervisor and leads.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Driver's license or State ID card. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must pass all required background checks. Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. Must be approved by the DCR to receive an Agent badge. High School Diploma or equivalent

From $16.00 per hour
