Opens a new window. 5 workers needed from 2/1/2026 - 11/30-2026. Workers will assist farm staff with Milking seasonal dairy sheep flock (2 times a day, February-October), cheese production, work with flock husbandry, care & feeding of dairy flock and youngstock (lambs), starting with first lambing in February, and finishing with end of milking in October. Workers will set up temporary electric fencing during grazing season (April - November). Workers will use farm equipment and skid steer to put hay throughout milking season and use tractor to clip pastures during grazing season. Workers will assist farm staff with end-of-season duties in November, including disassembly and cleaning of milking system and fencing system. 3 Months verifiable experience working with dairy sheep is requested. Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Works shifts are typically 6-8 hours long and vary from 6am to 2pm and from 4pm to 10pm. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.Similar jobs in Weston, MO
