Job Description
The Cultivation Tech lives by the mantra "plants come first!" and follows the Cultivation Lead and Head Grower in every aspect of growing medicinal cannabis, including watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, and transplanting. Attention to detail and following directions to the letter are extremely important. This is a great opportunity to learn every aspect of cannabis growing from a master grower with decades of experience.
