In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating high-quality cannabis plants in Living Soil System, ensuring optimal growth and health as nature intended it!

Your expertise will help produce premium products that meet strict quality standards. If you're passionate about gardening, farming, and sustainable cultivation practices, this is the perfect role to grow your career! Duties Assist in setting up and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants. Monitor plant health through regular plant identification and inspection, identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies. Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for pruning, trimming, defoliating,transplanting, and harvesting cannabis plants. Support harvesting activities by heavy lifting of plants or supplies and preparing plants for processing. Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards related to cannabis cultivation. Growing experience with cannabis or other horticultural crops is highly preferred, but by no means mandatory. The team is very good at training new employees. Knowledge of irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, and general farming practices. Experience with outdoor work, landscaping, or lawn care is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to gardening tools and equipment operation. Cleaning and helping to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Pay:

$18.50 - $21.00 per hour
