Candidates with proven experience may start at a higher wage than what is listed. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment, ensuring optimal growth conditions. Implement irrigation systems to manage water supply efficiently. Monitor plant health, identifying and addressing any issues related to pests or diseases. Utilize horticultural techniques to enhance yield and quality. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Manage team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Experience in cannabis cultivation and horticulture Familiarity with greenhouse operations and maintenance Ability to identify various plant species and their needs Experience in cannabis farming Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks Background in agriculture and gardening practices
