Cannabis Head Cultivator

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cannabis Head Cultivator to lead production operations at our indoor cannabis facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and experience in managing commercial cannabis cultivation in a modern facility. Our facility operates on a bi-weekly harvest schedule, with amenities such as Growlink BMS, automated fertigation, Innotech HVAC controls, and independent and isolated flowering rooms. We are looking for a cultivator whom enjoys creating craft cannabis in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of cannabis cultivation from genetics hunting to curing.
• Supervise/Lead a team of grow techs and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Implement and maintain cultivation protocols and IPM strategies to ensure high-quality yields
• Monitor plant health and identify any signs of pests or diseases
• Maintain a clean and organized cultivation environment
• Maintain irrigation and crop steering strategies to ensure optimization
• Conduct regular data collection and analysis to optimize plant quality, growth, and yield

Skills:

• Experience in garden/farm cultivation, preferably in an indoor setting
• Proficiency in crop-steering and maintaining proper hydration levels
• Time management skills to maintain production requirements
• Training proper technique
• Capability for heavy lifting as needed in the cultivation process
