Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated grower to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and cannabis. No experience required. Responsibilities
  • Manage the growth and development of plants in a designated area
  • Conduct data collection on plant growth and health
  • Ensure proper watering of plants
  • Perform basic math calculations related to plant care and maintenance
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment for plant care
  • Use hand tools effectively for planting, pruning, and harvesting
  • Use computers to enter compliance data into METRC Requirements
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment used in cultivation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific planting and care instructions This position is perfect for individuals looking to get their start in the cannabis industry!
