Job Description

VisionAg Farms is hiring a Sow Farm Herd Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in agriculture. No experience required — we provide full training.
What You'll Do:
Daily care and observation of sows and piglets Monitor animal health and welfare Assist with breeding and/or farrowing tasks Maintain clean and safe barn environments Follow biosecurity and farm protocols A full list of duties and training will be provided once hired
What We're Looking For:
Dependable and punctual individuals Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team environment Comfortable working in a livestock/farm setting
Pay & Benefits:
