Sea View Farm Sea View Farm is seeking a Farm Technician to join our Farming Operations team. This hands-on permanent role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy machinery, and contributing to a dynamic agricultural environment. What You'll Do Operate planting, harvesting, and storage equipment according to seasonal requirements. Perform daily lubrication, routine maintenance, and seasonal servicing of farm machinery and trucks. Conduct pre-season and in-season repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare and clean equipment and facilities before and after use, including warehouse setup for storage season. Assist with additional operational projects as needed.
What We're Looking For Education:
High School Diploma (required)
Experience:
Class D driver's license Farming experience (preferred) Heavy equipment operation experience (preferred) Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent work ethic and ability to be a reliable team player. Adaptability to work in varying weather conditions and changing priorities.
