Job Description

We're Hiring - Ranch Hand Position We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our operation as a Ranch Hand. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in the work and understands what it takes to keep a ranch running strong.
Responsibilities include:
Operating haying equipment Handling and caring for cattle (strong cattle knowledge required) Building and maintaining fence Running various farm and ranch equipment Truck driving as needed General farm and ranch duties Please note: This is NOT a horseback position. The majority of cattle work will be done using four-wheelers and side-by-sides.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic, reliability and common sense Experience with cattle REQUIRED and equipment knowledge preferred Ability to work long hours in varying conditions All applicants are subject to a background check, and drug testing will be required upon hire.
