WITH HORSE EXPERIENCE
(not just that you "like" horses, but real experience), eye for detail and changes in the horses and have reliable transportation. SUPER low key barn, 20+ retirement horses, no riding or lessons on property. 1 weekend day and 2 week days of your choice and longer vacation coverage a few times a year. Opportunity for PM chores hours, too (turn-in and feeding). Duties include care for 9 horses and 3 mini Donkeys. Feeding breakfast, turnout, cleaning stalls, dump/scrub/refill water in and out, making grain, putting hay in stalls for PM and picking paddocks. 6am until done (usually 10-11am-ish).
