Job Description
Keep water flowing smartly. Keep landscapes thriving. Have a little fun while you're at it. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Lead Irrigation Technician to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in creating healthy, beautiful landscapes, this could be a great fit. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems that keep properties looking their best while promoting smart, sustainable water use. No two days are exactly the same — one day you may be troubleshooting a sprinkler issue, the next you're optimizing a system to improve efficiency and conserve water. We're looking for someone who works well independently, communicates effectively with the team, and brings a positive attitude to the job site. What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems Inspect systems regularly to ensure proper performance and efficiency Diagnose issues with sprinklers, valves, controllers, drip lines, and related components Adjust watering schedules to support healthy landscapes and seasonal needs Collaborate with landscaping and groundskeeping crews Help identify opportunities for water conservation and system improvements Maintain clear service records and communicate updates to the team Assist with training or mentoring junior team members when needed What We're Looking For At least 2 years of irrigation experience Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and irrigation best practices Experience working with sprinkler and drip irrigation systems Familiarity with 2-wire systems is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Valid driver's license required Why Join Us?
