Job Description

Position Summary As a Post-Harvest Associate, you are the final team member to ensure the production of quality products. You will handle the transition of cannabis from living plant to packaged products for sale. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, a steady hand, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and compliance. Whether you are bucking, trimming, or packaging, your work directly impacts the visual appeal and potency of the final flower. Our post harvest team is essential to our success. Key Responsibilities
    Harvesting & Breakdown:
Assist in the efficient breakdown of whole plants, including hanging, bucking (removing buds from stems), and prepping material for the drying process.
      Trimming:
Perform precision hand-trimming to remove fan leaves and crow's feet, ensuring every bud meets the brand's aesthetic standards.
        Curing & Monitoring:
Monitor environmental conditions in drying rooms; rotate and burp storage containers to ensure an even thorough cure.
          Quality Control:
Identify and report any signs of mold, pests, or suboptimal flower to the management team immediately.
            Waste Management:
Accurately track and record all plant waste in accordance with state-mandated seed-to-sale tracking systems (e.g., METRC).
              Sanitation:
Maintain a sterile environment by cleaning tools (scissors, trays) and deep-cleaning workspaces daily to prevent cross-contamination.
                Packaging:
Assist in weighing, labeling, and sealing finished products for wholesale or retail distribution. Qualifications
