This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on nursery work and wants to help develop a growing part of our business. Job Requirements Responsibilities Grow and maintain container trees using air pot systems Monitor and manage watering schedules Assist with plant health monitoring and general nursery care Apply pesticides safely and responsibly when needed Qualifications Experience with container-grown trees required Experience with irrigation systems and water management Pesticide license preferred, or willingness to obtain one Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual preferred, but not required What We Offer Opportunity to help grow a new division within an already respected nursery Hands-on experience with advanced growing systems Opportunity for long-term growth within the company
