We are looking to grow our team of professionals to continue to produce top tier products for the New Mexico cannabis market. We maintain good manufacturing processes at all stages of production and operate one of the cleanest facilities in the state. We utilize state of the art lab equipment, provide ample training opportunities, and develop team members manufacturing capabilities in the ever changing cannabis industry. As a Cannabis Processor Lab Tech, duties will include the following: Manufacturing Pre-Rolls (Standard or Infused.) Maintaining quality control. Packaging finished units. Product labeling. Achieving individual key performance indicators & team goals. Machine/equipment operating. Communicating information with other team members. Cleaning tools, equipment, surface areas, break room, etc. Attending all staff meetings. Other duties/projects as assigned. We are looking for dependable applicants 21 years old or older, with full time and part time availabilty. We currently run 8 hour-hour shifts, Monday thru Friday, 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. Starting compensation will be $14-$16 per hour based on experience. All employees are hired as temporary and will be evaulated after a 60 day probationary period. Employees will accumulate PTO benefits at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
