  • Contract Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Cannabis Trimmer to join our dynamic cultivation team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming, manicuring, and preparing cannabis buds for market readiness, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity and aesthetic appeal of our products while supporting efficient harvest cycles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your skills directly contribute to delivering premium cannabis products. Duties Carefully trim and manicure harvested cannabis flowers, removing excess leaves and stems to enhance product appearance and quality Use hand tools such as scissors, trimming machines, and other horticultural equipment with precision and care Identify different plant strains and recognize signs of plant health issues or pests to ensure optimal crop quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of trimming stations and work areas to promote safety and efficiency Assist with harvesting processes, including handling plants, weighing, and packaging finished products Support greenhouse or outdoor cultivation activities as needed, including watering, irrigation checks, and plant maintenance Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards Qualifications Proven experience in cannabis trimming or related horticultural roles within a cultivation environment Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and cannabis cultivation techniques Familiarity with irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, and outdoor farming methods Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during harvest activities Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, trimming equipment, and basic gardening machinery Experience with lawn care, landscaping, or farming enhances your ability to excel in this role Basic math skills for measuring plant material and managing inventory accurately Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; outdoor work experience is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during the trimming process Join us in cultivating top-tier cannabis products by bringing your passion for horticulture and hands-on experience to our team.
