Description:
This is a full-time temporary position from approximately August, 10 2026 to November, 1 2026. All applicants must be willing, able and qualified to perform work described in duties. Applicants must also be eligible for employment in the United States and available at the time and place needed. Farm Workers Duties:
Harvesting chiles, loading and stacking sacks, weeding fields, picking bales of hay out of the field and stacking them in the barn, farm maintenance such as cleanup, painting, fence repair, cleaning irrigation lines and roadways. Harvesting, roasting, stringing, bagging, boxing chiles. Harvest and clean pecans. Employer may pay above the listed rate based on tenure, skills, performance, or business needs; all such opportunities are available

Extreme Temperatures Extensive Pushing or Pulling Extensive Sitting or Walking Frequent Stooping or Bending Over Repetitive Movements Tools:
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.
Job Locations:
Hatch, Deming, & Arrey, NM Housing:
Employer will provide housing at no cost to the H-2A worker and US workers who are not reasonably able to return to their residence in the same day. Housing located in Hatch, NM.
Transportation:
Each day, the employer will provide transportation between the place where the employer has provided housing to the actual work site and back. Transportation will be without cost to the worker(s).
