This role is hands‑on and includes plant care, irrigation support, and harvest‑related tasks. Schedules and hours change so we're looking for someone who's reliable and comfortable working a flexible schedule.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older No serious violent, theft or fraud-related charges
What We're Looking For:
Experience with agriculture, irrigation systems, foliar feeding, and spray applications is a plus but not required Experience with nursery, floral, pre‑ and post‑harvesting care is a plus but not required. Must be physically fit, comfortable working long hours outdoors in the sun. Able to stay efficient in a fast‑paced environment Able to work smoothly and respectfully with others Strong communication Strong attention to detail Consistently puts in solid effort Dependable transportation Consistent punctuality is essential Keeps a positive mindset and brings good energy Honest and trustworthy Bilingual is a plus but not required Room for advancement for individuals who show initiative, dependability, a willingness to learn, and emerging leadership skills.
Pay:
