Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team. This role involves hands-on work in our grow operations, focusing on the cultivation and care of cannabis plants. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cannabis cultivation, a passion for the industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including planting, pruning, watering, and harvesting
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the cultivation manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grow area
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet production targets
- Assist with the preparation of grow areas and equipment
- Maintain detailed records of plant growth and health
- Perform other duties as assigned by the cultivation manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or a similar agricultural role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Must be at least 21 years old
