Cannabis Harvest Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Harvest Worker to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the careful harvesting, trimming, and processing of cannabis plants to ensure high-quality product output. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and familiarity with farm machinery and horticultural practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient and precise harvest process, supporting our commitment to quality and compliance within the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Harvest mature cannabis plants using appropriate tools and techniques Trim and manicure buds to meet quality standards Operate farm machinery such as harvesters, trimmers, and forklifts safely and efficiently Assist with plant maintenance tasks including irrigation, pest control, and plant health monitoring Maintain cleanliness and organization of the harvest area Perform equipment repairs and basic welding as needed to ensure operational readiness Support the drying and curing processes by managing environmental controls in greenhouses or drying rooms Handle heavy lifting of plants and supplies safely while adhering to safety protocols Document harvest activities accurately for compliance purposes Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity Requirements Prior experience in farming, agriculture, or horticulture is highly desirable Knowledge of plant handling, animal husbandry (if applicable), and greenhouse operations Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery, power tools, and equipment repair Supervising experience preferred for team coordination roles Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other farm machinery safely Familiarity with irrigation systems, greenhouse environments, and growing techniques Basic math skills for measurements, inventory management, and record-keeping Physical strength for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or bending Experience with animal husbandry or animal care is a plus but not required Welding skills or experience with farm equipment maintenance are advantageous Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in a regulated environment If you are passionate about sustainable farming practices, possess a strong work ethic, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
