Job Description

Virtue Las Vegas is looking for a hardworking, positive, and committed Cultivation technician to join our growing team. You will be working with the plants every day while assisting in tasks such as plucking, cleaning and sanitation, mixing nutrients, plant health inspection, equipment maintenance, environmental monitoring, etc. Must be willing to work occasional long days (harvest days) and be willing to work to finish the task at hand quickly and efficiently. Must be comfortable performing physically demanding labor under high temperatures and humidity. Must be willing to work on and with ladders / heights. Employees must have a positive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and an ability to excel in doing hard labor. All of our cultivators are salary employees. When the work is finished as a team, you will be able to go home. Plant/Biology knowledge is a plus, but not required.. A current Cultivation agent card is required to begin working as well as an OSHA 10 certification.
