If you care about doing things right and want to grow with a company that cares back, this is the place. �� Role Overview As a Quality Control Technician, you will be on the front line of ensuring every product that reaches a customer meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented — you'll be visually inspecting products for defects, cleaning finished goods, verifying proper assembly, and confirming that all output aligns with Rove's established specifications and SOPs. Accuracy matters here. Your work directly impacts product quality, customer satisfaction, and the brand's reputation. You'll be an essential part of a collaborative production environment where precision and a positive attitude go a long way. �� What You'll Do Visually inspect finished cannabis products for defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformance to specifications Clean and prepare products in accordance with established quality protocols Verify proper assembly and packaging to ensure products meet Rove's standards Document inspection results accurately and flag any quality concerns to the QC Supervisor Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production flow Perform repetitive inspection tasks with sustained focus and attention to detail �� Qualifications ✅ Must-Haves
  • Active Nevada Cannabis Production Agent Card
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow SOPs and written instructions
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Previous cannabis production or manufacturing experience
  • Prior quality control or inspection experience
  • Willingness to learn additional production processes and be cross-trained
