Irrigation Technician Town & Country Landscape Reno, NV Job Details Full-time $23.64 - $30.88 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Computer operation Outdoor work Driver's License Data entry Irrigation Full Job Description The Role We're hiring an experienced irrigation technician to install and maintain irrigation systems across our commercial property portfolio. You'll work independently in the field, interfacing directly with our commercial clients' properties and reporting to your team lead. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems at commercial properties on a regular schedule Install new irrigation systems, including drip, sprinkler, and water-efficient solutions Activate and winterize systems seasonally Replace and adjust heads, nozzles, and emitters to optimize coverage Program and replace irrigation controllers and timers Perform flow and pressure testing to identify inefficiencies Work independently and communicate issues clearly to leadership and teammates Log hours and work performed on a tablet from the field Requirements Prior irrigation experience, preferably on commercial properties Valid Nevada driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier Able to perform physical outdoor labor in a variety of weather conditions Basic computer skills; comfortable using a tablet to log work in the field Available full-time (6 AM-3 PM, Monday-Friday) Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus Familiarity with industry certifications (IA, QWEL, or local equivalents) a plus Perks Competitive salary, paid weekly Year-round employment Training provided Overtime, holiday pay, and bonuses Company parties and giveaways
